SIZE/COLOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Within the return period (14 days), you can easily return the item or exchange the size/color/model for orders placed in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, as explained below:
1. Follow in the link to access the exchange or return portal and enter the email address you used to place the order, as well as the order number.2. Choose from the return reasons: "Replacement due to size/color, etc."
3. In the next step, give us more details about the change you would like to make, that is, the correct size you consider or the reasons why you would like to change the color and which one.
4. We will send you the new size/ design and arrange for the collection of the order from you.
5. Returns or exchanges of size/color/design cost €8.90.
RETURNS
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
In sections such as bargains and last units, refunds are not accepted, but exchanges are. These items offer discounts of up to 70% to clear out stock, at very good prices, and for this reason, refunds are not accepted, only exchanges for another product.
The SALE section does allow refunds.
For specific promotions such as 2 for 1, MEGA OUTLET and FLASH SALE: exchanges and returns will not be accepted.
Accessories/complements cannot be exchanged or returned .
For any questions about whether a product can be returned, each product specifies whether it is possible or not.
CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE PHYSICAL STORE?
No, items purchased in a physical store are not refundable, they can only be exchanged or redeemed within 6 months and you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days, from the moment you buy it, to make the change.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A REFUND FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASE AND HOW DO I DO IT?
You have a maximum period of 14 calendar days, from the moment you receive it, to request a refund (for ONLINE purchases delivered in Spain).
To facilitate the process, place the item you want to return in the box and seal it for shipping. To approve the return, we'll check that the item(s) are in perfect condition, in their original box, unworn and with no signs of use, unwashed, and with their tags attached.
Accessories/add-ons cannot be exchanged or returned.
CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS OFFERED IN THE LAST UNITS SECTION?
Purchases of dresses included in the LAST UNITS/BARGAINS section are not eligible for refunds, but they are eligible for exchanges.
You'll be able to enjoy great discounts, but refunds will NOT be accepted for products classified as LAST UNITS/BARGAINS. A VOUCHER will be issued with a 6-month expiration date.
HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?
1. Request a return on our returns portal by clicking here.
2. You don't have to take your shipment anywhere. For returns within Spain, the shipping company will call you to schedule a pickup at your convenience, and a courier will pick up your package, typically within 24/48 hours of your request. Therefore, we recommend leaving it ready when you complete this process.
3.No need to print label.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?
If you decide to redeem a gift voucher for the amount of the order, instead of a refund , the cost of collecting the order will be free .
The cost of the return is €8.90 for orders placed in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. For other locations and countries, shipping costs will depend on the specifics of each order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return and verify that everything is ok, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used to place the order. We will have a maximum period of 15 days (10 - 12 business days), except in cases of force majeure.
