Shipping by country and estimated time

- Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) : Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): FREE on orders over €190 or in-store pickup. Otherwise, the cost will be €5.90 for orders and the estimated delivery time will be 1 to 3 business days.
- Canary Islands : €39. -> Estimated time 5-7 days.
- Ceuta and Melilla : €35. -> Estimated time: 3-10 days.
- Gibraltar and Holland : €15. -> Estimated time: 5-8 days.
- Portugal : €8. -> Estimated time 2-5 days.
- Belgium : €14.58. -> Estimated delivery time: 3-5 days.
- France, Germany and Italy : €15.98. -> Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days.
- Austria, Poland, Croatia, Romania, and Hungary : €14.58. -> Estimated delivery time: 2-5 days.
- Switzerland and Greece : €25. -> Estimated time 2-5 days.
- United States : €35. -> Estimated time 3-7 days.

- Canary Islands , Ceuta and Melilla

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please leave your ID number when placing your order.

Customs fees

Customs fees for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the European Union, or international destinations are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

In the event of a package being refused, the return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the total refund. When you make a purchase, you automatically agree to these terms.

Delivery times

Mimage is not responsible for missed delivery times due to reasons such as the recipient's absence, incomplete addresses, or force majeure. Therefore, delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond our control.

Logistical exceptions

With a few exceptions, orders will not be dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
