For orders over €190, shipping costs will not be charged to the Peninsula or the Balearic Islands.

How long do I have to exchange or return it?

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exchange it for a gift voucher or a refund.

These conditions will not apply to the LAST UNITS or OUTLET section, see the next question.

Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I return DISCOUNTED products?

Yes, if they are on sale but not on special promotion.

Purchases of dresses or accessories from the OUTLET or LAST UNITS section cannot be returned. Only size or color exchanges (subject to availability) are possible.

You'll be able to enjoy huge discounts, but returns on these products are NOT accepted.

Special flash sale promotions will be accepted for exchanges and returns when indicated in the campaign.

This also applies to special promotions like 2 for 1 or MEGA OUTLET. No exchanges or refunds.

Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

How do I manage the return?

Returns at Mimage are very simple. You can do them in a few easy steps through our exchange and/or returns portal. You have all the information by following this link .

Can I return products purchased in the physical store?

No, products purchased in a physical store can only be exchanged or redeemed with a "voucher" within 6 months, and you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange them.

Money back?

IN OUTLET or LAST UNITS, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, only exchanges of color or size.

Otherwise, yes, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The customer will be responsible for the return cost.

If you choose to receive a gift voucher for the amount of the order instead of a refund, the cost of collecting the order will be FREE .

This does not apply to OUTLET and LAST UNITS.

Both the gift voucher and the refund will be processed after receiving the returned product at our warehouse and verifying that it is in perfect condition . We will have a maximum period of 15 days (10-12 business days) except in cases of force majeure.

How long does it take for you to return the money?

Normally, it takes no more than 2-3 days from the moment the package arrives at our facilities. However, during sales periods, Christmas, Black Friday, etc., it may take longer.

We'll keep you informed throughout the entire return process. You'll receive an email when the package has arrived at our workshop, and then another confirmation email with the refund.

How long does it take for you to return the money?

I received a refund email but I don't see it reflected in my account.

Two cases usually occur regularly.

The first is due to the type of card used. Once you receive an email from us confirming the refund, it has already been processed to your card. Occasionally, when the card is a debit card (not always, and due to European regulations), the refund may take several days to appear.

The second is due to mistaking the card when reviewing the deposit. If you have more than one card, check the one you used to make the purchase and verify if the refund is in the account associated with that card.

Do you have wedding dresses?

No, Mimage dresses are for event guests.

RENT

3x2 on 2024 rentals

  • For booking two rentals, we'll give you a third rental FREE in 2024.
  • The €14 rental insurance must always be purchased.
  • Two accessories are included. This will create a total look. Rental costs €79 (dress, bag, earrings, gloves, stoles, or ring).
  • It doesn't matter what type of rental the previous ones were, €79, €109 or €129.
  • Hats/headpieces are excluded. You'll need to pay an extra fee ranging from €19 to €79.

How does dress rental work?

We have a showroom in Granada.

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00-14:00 and 17:00-20:30.
Saturdays from 10:00-14:00.

No appointment is necessary.

2. Reserve your look for the date of your event.

We make sure no one else wears the same look so you're the only one who stands out.

3. The products will be yours for 4 days .

  • You can pick up your outfit in store or we'll ship it to your home, whichever you prefer. Shipping costs are not included.
  • You'll have the look from the Thursday or Friday before your event until the Monday after your event.
  • If your event does not fall on a weekend, tell us and we will find a solution.

4. We offer mandatory accident insurance of €14, which includes dry cleaning and repairable damage, so MIMAGE takes care of the dry cleaning.

How much does the rental service cost me?

We have various prices depending on the look and whether it includes a hat or headpiece. The complete look starts at €79 .

When you visit us, we'll advise you and give you the best price.

What does the rental service include?

  • Dress + 2 or 3 accessories to choose from.
  • Personalized advice and exclusivity.
  • 4 days rental.
  • Dry cleaner.
  • 100% Spanish brands featuring the latest trends.

Can I rent online?

This service is not currently available online, but if you know which model you like and your size is available for sale, ask us about online rental options.

How can I see the dresses that are for rent?

We don't have a section that is just for rentals.

Of those that are for sale, the vast majority can be rented.

We have several models available for rent and sale.

Has the dress for sale been rented?

No. When we do Outlet, they will be dresses from previous collections, some rented and others brand new, but always in perfect condition, just much cheaper.

What happens if the wedding/event is canceled due to COVID?

We'll give you a voucher that never expires, so you can use it whenever you want, whether you're selling or renting.

Will I get my money back if I find another dress?

No. If you notify us 15 days before your event, we'll give you a voucher with a 6-month expiration date.
