If the shipment has been made to INTERNATIONAL TERRITORY, it has usually been sent with UPS ( link to the tracking portal ) or ZELERIS ( link to the tracking portal ) , depending on the destination country.

When will I receive my order?
The transit time for your order is 1-3 calendar days if it's being shipped to the Peninsula. If it's being shipped internationally, the shipping period was indicated when you made your purchase or in the order confirmation.
In some cases, shipping companies may require an extra day or two due to customs clearance and/or higher than usual shipping volume (this often occurs during Black Friday, Christmas, or sales seasons), or because the delivery address is in a remote area.
How can I track my order?
You can track the exact progress of your delivery by following the instructions above. By clicking on the logistics provider that fulfilled the order and entering the carrier's tracking number, you'll also be able to see details of each step the order goes through.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Although delays are rare, they can occur. Most of them are due to the carrier processing a higher than usual volume of shipments.
In 99% of cases, your delayed order will arrive within two days of the originally scheduled delivery date without any action on your part. If there is a problem with your delivery, we will notify you right here on the tracking page.
If you don't receive your order after those two additional days, or if there's a problem you can't resolve by following the instructions that will appear if your participation is necessary, please contact us.
