1.- PURPOSE AND GENERALITIES

These General Terms and Conditions, along with any specific terms and conditions that may be established, regulate the terms and conditions for renting products through the physical store in Granada, owned by Mimage, with NIF 76424914P, whose registered office is located at Plaza de los Lobos 1, ground floor, 18002, Granada.

Mimage” provides information about the Products and offers the option to purchase them online or rent/purchase them through the showroom in Granada. Those wishing to rent the Products must have “Registered User” status, which can be obtained by completing the registration form in the store. Proof of identification is always required.

These General Conditions, together with the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy of the Website, are the only conditions applicable to the use of the Portal and the purchase or rental of the Products through it and replace any other conditions, unless previously agreed, and in writing, between "Mimage" and the User.

2.- INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

The photographs, graphic or iconographic representations, and videos relating to "Mimage" Products, as well as any descriptions or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Website, are intended to provide as much information as possible. However, the user should bear in mind that they are for guidance purposes only and, therefore, are not exhaustive.

3.- GIFT CARD

The gift card is not redeemable for cash and there are one year To redeem the card for a total look, choosing between a long or short dress, a jumpsuit, or a skirt or pants set with a blouse, including a stole, handbag, earrings, and gloves .

- Hats and headdresses can be rented separately.

- To use the card, it is essential to present your ID.

- The card is personal and can only be used for events by one person.

4.- PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices of the products offered in the online store include VAT and any other applicable taxes.

Mimage reserves the right to modify the prices shown in the online store at any time. Products will be billed at the current price shown in the store at the time of rental or sale.

5.- SHIPPING POLICIES AND COSTS

You can see the shipping costs in the table below. We try to offer you reasonable prices so they don't deter you when purchasing.

Shipping by country and estimated time

- Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): FREE on orders over €190 or in-store pickup. Otherwise, the cost will be €5.90 for orders and the estimated delivery time will be 1 to 3 business days.

- Ceuta and Melilla: €35. -> Estimated time: 3-10 days.

- Gibraltar and Holland: €15. -> Estimated time: 5-8 days.

- Portugal: €8. -> Estimated time 2-5 days.

- Belgium: €14.58. -> Estimated delivery time: 3-5 days.

- France, Germany, and Italy: €15.98. -> Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days

- Austria, Poland, Croatia, Romania, and Hungary: €14.58. -> Estimated delivery time: 2-5 days.

- Switzerland and Greece: €25. -> Estimated time 2-5 days.

- United States: €35. -> Estimated time 3-7 days.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please leave your ID number when placing your order.

Customs fees

Customs fees for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the European Union, or international destinations are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

In the event of a package being refused, the return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the total refund. When you make a purchase, you automatically agree to these terms.

Delivery times

Mimage is not responsible for missed delivery times due to reasons such as the recipient's absence, incomplete addresses, or force majeure. Therefore, delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond our control.

6.- MIMAGE COMMITMENT

Mimage is committed to always staying up-to-date with the latest trends, updating its products each season. We deliver the product in perfect condition, ensuring it is fully ready for use.

7.- RETURNS

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

All of our items are returnable, except for last-minute or outlet items, which are not returnable on their website, and accessories for hygiene reasons.

WHAT TIME FRAME DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A REFUND AND HOW DO I DO IT?

You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return for purchases delivered in Spain.

To facilitate the process, place the item(s) in the box and seal it for shipping. To approve the return, we will check that the product(s) are in perfect condition, in their original box, unused, with no signs of wear, unwashed, and with their tags attached.

These conditions do not apply to the OUTLET or LAST UNITS section; see the next question.

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS OFFERED IN THE OUTLET OR LAST UNITS SECTION?

Purchases of dresses included in the OUTLET or LAST UNITS section will allow changes of color or size (depending on availability), but not returns.

You'll be able to enjoy huge discounts, but exchanges will NOT be accepted for products classified as OUTLET.

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

1. For this option, you need to request pickup on our returns portal by clicking here.

2. You don't have to take your shipment anywhere. A courier will pick up your package within 24 hours of your request being approved, so we recommend leaving it ready when you complete this process.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?

The return shipping cost is €8.90 for orders placed in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

For other locations and countries, shipping costs will depend on the characteristics of each order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return and verify that everything is ok, we will process the refund in the same payment method in which you placed the order, we will have a maximum period of 15 days (10 - 12 business days) except in cases of force majeure .

8.- CHANGES

Within the return period (14 days), you can easily exchange the size for orders placed in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands as follows:

1. Follow the link to access the returns portal and enter the email address you used to place your order.

2. Choose from the return reasons: "Replacement by size/color"

3. In the next step, give us more details about the change you would like to make, that is, the correct size you consider or the reasons why you would like to change the color and which one.

4. We will send you the new size/design and arrange for the collection of the order from you.

9- PRODUCT RENTAL (CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE AT THE GRANADA SHOWROOM)

To proceed with the rental of the products, the registered User, who must be over eighteen (18) years of age, may consult the catalog with the Products that are currently offered through the Portal and will have to pick it up in store or it can be sent to the address of their choice at an extra cost.

The look can be rented any day of the week in the physical store, or you can reserve it via email and social media and have it sent to the address you need.

However , all orders will be delivered or shipped on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning and returned on Monday.

It is recommended that orders be placed as far in advance as possible to ensure product availability.

Once the rental payment process is complete, "Mimage" will send a confirmation email along with the corresponding invoice to the email address provided by the customer.

Each customer who rents the products offered by “Mimage” in the store will have the right to enjoy the same for a minimum of four (4) calendar days, including the day of receipt and collection, and must proceed to return it on the fourth day before 8:00 p.m., and if this is a holiday, the following business day. Late return, without prior agreement with “Mimage”, will entail an additional cost of €10 of the rental amount per day.

Product Repair

The customer is not authorized to make any alterations to the pattern of the products without the specific written consent of "Mimage." Upon return of the product, any damage will be handled by a repair service specializing in sophisticated and delicate fabrics to restore the same elegance and finish as it was on the first day.

10.- DRY CLEANING SERVICE

Mimage offers a dry cleaning service specializing in delicate fabrics to ensure our products always arrive in perfect condition for our clients' events. This service costs €14 and is mandatory for all rentals starting at €49.

The customer should not clean the product or send it to the dry cleaner; otherwise, they will be required to pay "Mimage" the retail price of the rented product.

11.- ACCIDENT INSURANCE

The "Accident Insurance" costs €12 and is mandatory for any rental over €49. It exempts the User who purchases it from the responsibility of paying "Mimage" in the event that their products suffer "Major Damage" (see clause 11) during their rental.

The "Accident Insurance" does not exempt the client from payment responsibility in the event of "broken or burned cigarettes" or in the event of non-return of any of the rented products, for any reason.

That is, it covers damage that may occur to garments, provided they are accidental in origin.

If the insurance is not paid prior to the collection of the garments and they are damaged, the full retail price must be paid, from which the rental fee will be deducted.

Minor damage that can be easily repaired with a standard dry cleaning and repair service is covered by the insurance.

12.-DELIVERY OF THE RENTED PRODUCTS

Shipping and delivery of the Products offered by "Mimage" will be carried out by a specialized shipping company. The User shall be responsible for the shipping and collection costs of the Product.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands will have an additional cost of €9.58 one way and €9.58 return.

The shipment will be delivered on the agreed date and will cost €5.50 (one way) and €5.50 (return) .

Business and non-business days will be determined according to the Granada Capital business calendar and the delivery city.

The User must complete the shipping form correctly and as thoroughly as possible, either in the store or by email. "Mimage" is not responsible for delivery failures caused by the User providing incorrect or incomplete information. Second and consecutive delivery attempts will incur additional shipping costs, which will be borne by the User.

The User will receive the chosen Product(s) properly packaged in a special, properly sealed “Mimage” box or bag. If the shipment does not meet these characteristics, the boxes are open, the seal has been altered, or the User has doubts or suspicions about violations to the inviolability of the Product, the User must not accept delivery of the order and must notify “Mimage” of the incident within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours from receipt, at the telephone number indicated in the order confirmation email and on the invoice. In the event that the aforementioned notification is not made, the User will be responsible for all alterations or damages to the Product.

The box containing the order requested by the User will include the specific conditions for that rental, as well as for its return as agreed between "Mimage" and the User.

“Mimage” will not be liable for errors or damages caused during delivery when the address provided by the User does not match the delivery location desired by the User.

13.- RETURN OF RENTED PRODUCTS

Once the rental period is over, the User must return the Product on the date indicated in the delivery email and always before 8:00 p.m.

For security reasons, the User must place the Products in the same box in which they received their order, packing the Products in the provided sleeves .

14.- EXTENSION OF THE RENT

If the User wishes to rent the Product for more days than originally contracted, they can contact Mimage at 623 48 69 17 or by email. info@mimageshop.com . The surcharge for this item will be €10 for each additional rental day.

The extension will only be granted to the extent the Product is available and with Mimage's authorization.

15- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mimage is exempt from all liability in the following cases:

1. “Mimage” will not be liable for any minor or major damage to the Product, total loss, or theft, once the order has been delivered and approved by the User by signing the rental agreement. Any damage or defects suffered by the Product will be the User's responsibility.

2. In the event that the rental or sale of the Product cannot be carried out on the selected date due to the fault of the store, "Mimage" will reimburse the User the full amount paid within a maximum period of 5 business days, without such action granting the User the right to any compensation.

3. In the event that the rental or sale of the Product cannot be ultimately carried out, whether due to unforeseen circumstances or any other cause, “Mimage” is exempt from all liability for any damages that this may cause to the User.

16.- RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

“Mimage” reserves the right to refuse to process certain rental or purchase requests before they are formalized, without providing any justification. Furthermore, “Mimage” reserves the right to cancel or suspend the rental of a Product, duly notifying the User and issuing the corresponding refunds, without such action granting any right to compensation.

Mimage may terminate the contract at any time due to outstanding debts; or when it suspects or believes that the User will use the Product in a manner contrary to these General Conditions; or due to non-compliance with these Conditions; or when, by accessing the Website, the User disrupts the normal operation of the system, in accordance with the terms of use of the Portal.

17.- MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

Mimage reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as the General Conditions. These General Conditions will always be available to Users in a visible location, freely accessible for any queries they may have. Users undertake to carefully read these General Conditions each time they access the Portal. In any case, acceptance of the General Conditions will be a prior and essential step to contracting any service available through the Website.

18.- COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN MIMAGE AND THE USER

All communications between “Mimage” and the User relating to these General Conditions or the rental or purchase of the Products through the Website will be carried out in accordance with the communication procedures established in these General Conditions for each particular case.

For all other cases not expressly regulated in these General Conditions, the communications that the User intends to send to "Mimage" will be addressed to the "Mimage" address indicated in the First Condition and will be made in writing and through a system that allows the content and receipt by "Mimage" of the corresponding communication to be accredited.

19- PARTIAL NULLITY

Should any clause of these General Conditions be declared invalid, it shall be withdrawn or replaced. In any case, such declaration of invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these General Conditions.

20.- APPLICABLE JURISDICTION AND LAW

These General Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
