Returns: Only seasonal and sale items are accepted (not in "Last Items" sections). The return fee is €8.90, deducted from the refund.
Restrictions: Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned; promotional items have limited policies.
Refund: Processed within 10-15 days after verifying the product's condition.
