Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) : 1 to 3 business days.

Canary Islands : 5-7 days.

Ceuta and Melilla : 3-10 days.

Gibraltar and Holland : 5-8 days.

Portugal : 2-5 days.

Belgium : 3-5 days.

France, Germany and Italy : 3-7 days.

Austria, Poland, Croatia, Romania and Hungary : 2-5 days.

Switzerland and Greece : 2-5 days.

United States : 3-7 days.

Deadline: You have 14 days from receipt to request exchanges or returns.

Exchanges: You can exchange size, color, or design for a fee of €8.90 in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Returns: Only seasonal and sale items are accepted (not in "Last Items" sections). The return fee is €8.90, deducted from the refund.

Restrictions: Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned; promotional items have limited policies.

Refund: Processed within 10-15 days after verifying the product's condition.
